"Shipping was surprisingly reasonable"
I ordered from BrandsMart USA and, the shipping cost was actually fair. I was half expecting one of those ridiculous checkout surprises like some sites love to do, but they managed not to overdo it. Everything was clear, my order showed up without any drama, and I really can’t complain. 5 stars from me.

"Bill was right, no surprises"
I ordered a washer from BrandsMart USA and thankfully the amount charged to my card was the same as what I saw at checkout. The taxes and delivery fee were shown clearly, so there wasn’t any weird extra charge popping up later.
I’m only knocking off one star because the emailed receipt took a little while to come through, which made me double check things. But in the end, the billing was accurate and that part went fine...

I ordered online it was really simple. Checkout went through without any issues, the confirmation emails came in quickly, and the pickup details were easy to understand, which is always what you want, right? No complaints from me at all. I’d definitely use it again

"Protection plan ended up being worth it"
I got a fridge from BrandsMart USA and added the protection plan kind of just to be safe. It wasn’t super expensive, and with repair prices being what they are these days, it seemed like a decent idea.

A few months later, the ice maker started acting a little weird. Nothing huge, but enough that I needed someone to look at it. The plan covered it, so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket, and getting help was simple overall.

I’m glad I added it. I don’t always buy these kinds of plans, but this one actually felt worth it and gave me some peace of mind.

"Pretty good deal, I think"
I bought a washer here and the price seemed better than what I was seeing at other stores. Maybe I just happened to catch a decent deal, but it felt like good value for what I got. Delivery went fine too, no real issues there. Overall, I’m happy with it and don’t really have any complaints.

"Showed up fast, easy overall"
Ordered from BrandsMart USA and it got here faster than I thought it would. I was kind of expecting some delay or whatever, but I got updates as it moved along and the driver actually showed up within the time window they gave me, so that was nice. The box did have a little dent on one side, which made me pause for a second, but the item itself was totally fine. Only thing is the tracking page was a bit slow to refresh sometimes, like it didn’t always feel up to date. Not a huge deal though. Overall, good experience.

"Warranty support came through, just at the worst time"
The warranty support did end up fixing the issue, so I have to give them credit for that. It just felt like the whole thing happened at the worst possible time, which made the wait way more frustrating than it probably would’ve been otherwise. In the end, they took care of it.

I was kind of expecting the refund to take forever, you know how that usually goes, but it actually came through quick. I did have to wait a bit, not instant or anything, but it wasn’t bad. I checked my account later and there it was, which was a nice surprise. Simple overall...

"Really smooth install experience"
Delivery and install went really smoothly. The guys showed up around the scheduled time window, got everything hooked up quick, and even cleaned up the boxes before they left. They were friendly and took a minute to explain the basics too. i have no complaints about the whole process...

I had to reach out to BrandsMart USA about an issue with my order. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I thought it would, and I ended up having to follow up once. The rep was nice and did eventually help, so I’ll give them that. I’m guessing they might’ve been backed up or short-staffed, but who knows. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience, just not as quick or smooth as I’d hoped

"Easy site to shop on"
I had a good experience using the BrandsMart USA website. The pages loaded quickly for me, and it was easy to find the fridge I wanted without having to click around forever.
Checkout was simple too, and I liked that the delivery details were clear before I paid. Nothing fancy, but it worked the way it should. I would use it again

"Usually has good prices"
I ended up finding a better deal here than at a couple other stores, which was nice. Checkout was smooth too, no real issues there. Some of the sale stuff was out of stock though, which was a little annoying because that’s kind of what I came for. But overall, the prices are usually solid and I’d probably shop here again.
